I'm browsing Myspace.com, doing the search for people within (so many miles) around my area.
I remember running across Loki's profile. He stuck out like a sore thumb. I thought he looked rather interresting. So.. I did what I normally do not do. I messaged him with a simple "Hi" and was not expecting any response.
Sure enough, I got a response from him. So we slowly began to chat, simple BS here and there.
He mentioned the BDSM scene and body suspensions there in Cali. I was interrested in learning more.
After he told me he was origionally from Louisiana, and currently working in California,
I remember making the comment that we should meet in person next time he comes to Louisiana.
In all honesty, I was not expecting that to happen whatsoever. I figured it was the typical online "game"
But..we continued to chat online, and I never thought any more about actually meeting him.
Then the few months of chatting both online and on the phone passed untill it was December of 2005 right before he was to leave Cali and come to Louisiana for his vacation time.

We chatted more, and it ended up that he was actually interrested in meeting in person. Which suprised me to say the least.
December 27 2005
Loki drove from his Louisiana hometown, 3 and a half hours later.... met me in my town.
I wanted a public place..so we met at Waffle House right off the interstate. :)
LOL what a place to meet.
It was nice...He was a decent person, and didnt just blow me off like nothing. lol
We sat there for hours just talking and starting to get to know each other.
Of course... at that time I was in a relationship with someone, and I made it perfectly clear that I just wanted to be friends. And, luckily he respected that.
He ended up staying in my town for 3 days.
We rented him a hotel room, and I stayed with him. It was nice to be able to hang out with him, and NOT have to worry about anything else happening. He didnt try anything, no sex involved, but we did get to cuddle some.
I enjoyed it alot.

He had to leave and go back to his hometown to visit more with friends and family before going back to California.
But, we stayed friends, and obviously enjoyed each others company.
We continued to chat on the phone and online for quite awhile after that.
Feburary 2006
I ended up splitting up with my boyfriend that I had been with for 2 years. (my psycho EX)
It was horrible, but turned out for the best.
I continued to talk with Loki, and hang out with friends in town, and decided to stay single for a little while. (ok..a short while)
March 2006
I was on the phone with Loki, and decided to let him know how much I wish he could have been there with me, and how much i wished he didnt go back to California.
He asked me if I was interrested in ever dating him. I said YES.
I told him "I want you" and he said "If you want me..then take me"
soooo, I said "Ok I take you...you are taken!"
lol
BUT..unfortunately, I was in Louisiana, and he was in California, and we didn't see a long distance relationship working.
But we gave it a try. So from March untill May, we remained in a long distance relationship.
All the while, making little chit-chat about me visiting him in California.

I got tired of the way my life was spiraling downward, the drugs, the so-called "fake" friends, the way I was headed... I got tired of a long distance relationship (and he did too)
Sooo, I gave him a call. I packed some clothes and left my world behind. I left EVERYTHING behind. (and in the process, I LOST most of my things)
With intentions of only visiting for a couple weeks, I hopped on a plane, a 4 hour non-stop flight from New Orleans to Los Angeles, and I went to my Loki.

May 12, 2006 Evening
I got off the plane, took forever and a day to walk around LAX to get to the luggage pickup.
Went down the stairs and around the bend to pick up my luggage, and found a little corner in the back to hide in untill my bags came out.
Next thing I know I spot Loki walking around there, as soon as he seen me he took off (literally) running, dropped everything and just snatched me up in his arms.
That was an amazing feeling!
I was paranoid from the flight, and my biggest fear is heights. My paranoia of getting lost in the huge ass airport...
It all just faded away as soon as he hugged me.
I let out the biggest sigh of relief I've ever made. lol
That was the worst and at the same time, the best experience I've had.
We got my bags, and drove to Long Beach where we stayed.
Unpacked my bags, I got a shower, and we hit up the local bar...because I was desperate for some hardcore drinking after that flight.
Got home from the bar...and well..lol.. had some much needed, make-up-for-lost-time "fun" LOL
Needless to say it was one hell of a long night. hahaha
I was only supposed to "visit" for a few weeks. LOL But I was also paranoid and refused to get back on a plane.
So then we figured, I'd wait untill December of 2006 and when he drove back to La for x-mas vacation, then I could go home.
Ummm yeah..that didnt work. lol
September 2006
Louisiana: Home, sweet southern home!
After alot of debating, he decided to quit his job in California, and we moved back here to louisiana.
The first day in Louisiana, we visit my parents, and drop off our luggage.
Then we head to his hometown.
He took me with him to meet his "family" which included his best friend, her husband, their 4 kids, and his best friends mother.
They are definately some interresting people.
Then..I got to meet his daughter. Which is absolutely adorable.
After a week there, we head back to my hometown, and move into a kickass 2 story 4 bedroom home on the water.
Where we stayed untill we found our own place.

Loki gets a new job, in the Ironwork biz.
He started as an apprentice and got free schooling with it. Starting pay was great too.

I get pregnant, and a huge volcano of drama erupts. lol

After months of looking, we finally found a nice place for us. Its a 2 bedroom, and cozy.

Patiently waiting for shit to get done around here. lol
We bought the cutest baby swing..I can't wait to put it up and look at it, and play with it.
Can't wait to put the crib together.
Most of all, I cant wait to decorate the second room for the baby!
Also waiting for my baby shower. Loki's best friend is throwing one for me..and she schedualed it for June 16th.
Waiting for July...for baby to get here and most of all waiting for the pregnancy to be over!
I know Loki cant wait either. He's anticipating all of it.
Funny how some things work out.... I would have never expected anything like this to come from an internet relationship...
I guess we are one of the "LUCKY FEW" that internet dating actually works out for.
This is cool. I would have never thunk it. lol

I think my family is pretty messed up.
We asked my mother about a baby shower. She said she would talk to one (of her 7 sisters) about throwing a shower for us.
But she said it's pointless because a looong time ago all the sisters got together and agreed that each person in the family would only get "1" shower. 1 baby shower, 1 wedding shower...etc etc
Thats pretty fucked up. I guess they expect someone to have one child, and save all the baby stuff for years and years down the road.
Or maybe expect everyone to have ONLY 1 baby total.
Besides, I mean hell.... its not like someone can have 1 child and automatically say "well..I think I have another kid in (however many) years"
fucking retarted.
anyway luckily for Loki's best friend... she's gotten shit together and throwing a shower for us. (I love this woman!!!)
So...the shower is ON! yay and I'm more excited about getting the shit and making "favor bags" for everyone, than I am excited about getting stuff for the baby!!
So Loki is right.. I'm burnt. LOL
But I'm sure it's gonna be a blast with some of the women that are comming! They all rock! They are all much older women, so I get along better with them anyways!
They are all from different walks of life, so Im curious to see how this is going to mix. lol
hehehe I wonder what kind of pranks I can pull.... I guess I'll be pondering this till then. Muahaha *evil grin*

Rant On
Recently there was this thread in the main forums asking if it was possible for a vampire-werewolf hybrid.
I gotta admit..personally i think this is the most retarted debate that has been going on ever since that damn movie.
I find it hilarious that noone's hardly ever mentioned or claimed they were both untill after the movie..then it was some biiiig craz. And THEN..they claim "ohh its not like the movie!"

Point being, spiritual or not, its proven that if you put 2 predators together, surely only 1 will survive..therefore that kinda limits out ALOT.
Being that.... I find it a total DISGRACE to either one of these species for these people claiming they are of both.
It annoys me to NO END, just cuts that last little nerve.
I mean..for people (especially like me..and I HATE to use myself as an example)----

I mean seriously...as even stated in the forum on this thread..some people are off their meds
AND... not everything is possible, and I honestly do NOT see how in the ever living freaking world this kind of hybrid mix could be.
I've never seen it...there's NO proof... there's NO history on it.
Speaking of meds... maybe there are people out there that do have the case of "lycanthropy"
..at least its been studied and proven by history.
I think claiming both is a disgrace to even those mentally challenged people. hahaha
I refuse to totally disregard both vampires and lycanthropes. BUT I sure as hell will disregard the mix of both.
AND.. I refuse to post this in the forums, for the fact that theres entirely tooo many dilusional wanna be fakes out there that will debate it to their grave. And I have better things to do than argue that with them because I know they will never change and actually see that its no more than a fantasy.
